About the Walk or Stay Leash

The Walk or Stay Leash is not made with plastic hooks, clasps that are cheap and easily crack or break and no thin or cheap type of webbing.

The Walk or Stay Leash is made with the quality that I would want in a leash if I were going to buy it. We use top of the line nylon webbing and metal clasp and rings in the manufacturing of our leashes and in all of our other products in our product line. Also we are in patent pending on our Dual Walker, we hope that you like our products and if you would check-out some of our reviews or evaluations from some professionals in the pet field and see what they had to say about the Walk or Stay Leash.

How the Walk or Stay Leash was Invented

My name is Bob Maglich, the inventor of the Walk or Stay Leash and Dual Walker. I thought of the Walk or Stay Leash back in 1992 while I was walking my Doberman "Ryker" at the park. I would go to the convenience store across the street to buy a soda and tie the leash around a pole. Or I would unhook it from his collar, wrap the leash around the pole, pass it through the handle and then hook it back to his collar, but this was too much so I usually just tied it in a knot.

I would go in the store but would hurry because I worried that the knot would work its way loose some how. Almost every time I came out Ryker would be excited because he knew we were going back to the park. Before I could get back over to him he would have pulled on his leash and the knot would be so tight that I could barely get it untied.

After a while I got tired of this so I went shopping for a new dog leash that I could just hook-up to something and not have too worry about a knot coming loose or a knot that was too tight. Unfortunately, no one sold such a leash so I made one myself.

The first leash was made in 1992 and the first patent was issued in 1996 with the second patent issued in 1998. The name and logo is also a registered trademark.
